What is your return policy?

All items except personal care items, can be returned for a full refund minus shipping fees, as long as items are returned in the same condition as when shipped to customer. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Tracking shipment is recommended. Package label should be returned in package. Refund will be processed 1-2 days of completed return. Allow 5-7 business days for refund to post to our original payment method.
